Last year I became a big fan of colorful eyeliners, so I experimented a lot and once accidentally grabbed the Infallible Gel Crayon Eye Liner in one of the drug stores. Turned out that it became one of my favorite eyeliners and going forward I would like to say it is not only because of its wonderful color but also because of its amazing characteristics.
On the official website of the brand, the following is stated: “Now you can achieve intense colour and 24-hour wear, with the easy application of a pencil and smooth glide of a gel crayon.”
Design. The packaging is minimalistic, on the body of the eyeliner is black with silver letters on it while the lid is reflecting the shade color. The eyeliner pencil itself is made from black wood and looks like a regular eye pencil. The name of the shade and all additional information about the product is possible to find on the sticker attached to the lid.
The Infallible Gel Crayon Eye Liner 010 I’ve got the blue by L’oreal is made in Germany.
Shade. I picked the Infallible Gel Crayon Eye Liner in shade 010 I’ve got the blue which is an electric blue shade. The eye pencil is highly pigmented and gives color pretty good. I did not expect it but turned out that this color is nicely complimenting my green eye color.
Despite the fact that this shade is pretty bold, it looks pretty subtle if used as a bright accent in an eye makeup. Also, I think it can be used for everyday makeup.
Texture and applying. The texture of the eyeliner is truly gel-ish and quite soft. While applying it’s smoothly gliding over the eyelid and don’t pull the skin after itself.
It is worth to note, that the pencil is settling within 30 secs to max 1 minute. So you better work fast if you want to blend, or fix something. I have not tried to wear this product for 24 hours in a row but I do confirm that it stays in a primeval kind at least 6h.
This eye pencil has one disadvantage, after 3-4h it smudges in my outer corner of the eye (almost every time). But, almost every eye pencil has the same effect on my eyes so maybe it is a personal reaction.

Overall, it is a pretty good working eye pencil for its price!
