2) Kristen Doute

For eight seasons of Vanderpump Rules, Kristen has been outspoken about her love of Botox. After season 8 ended in 2020, she started dating Alex Menache. In June 2022, two years later, the couple separated. The fashion designer captioned an Instagram Story image of her leaving the house, "Moving day is hard."

3) Katie Maloney

Since season 1, Katie has been a regular cast member. The former SURver has allowed cameras to document her difficulties with body image in addition to her relationship with Schwartz. The original Vanderpump Rules star got back in shape ahead of his marriage to Brittany in season 8, who revealed her pregnancy in September 2020.
