For those who have played Pokemon Legends: Arceus, players can access their Pokemon's summary and change its moveset via the menu screens in Scarlet and Violet. Once a Pokemon has learned five moves, the "Change Moves" option becomes available. To switch moves, players must do the following:

Using the X-button, access the pause menu.
Using the A-button, highlight and select a Pokemon.
Choose Check Summary.
To access the Moves and Stats page, press the right directional pad.
To open a new menu, press the A-button.
Select Remember moves, Forget a move, or Learn moves with TMs.
How To Forget A Moves In Pokemon Scarlet And Violet?
Load up Scarlet or Violet Pokemon.
Enter your Pokemon party.
Click 'check summary' on the Pokemon you want to forget a move on.
Navigate to the 'current moves' section.
Press A and select the move you want to forget by clicking 'forget a move.'
Choose forget and confirm.
